These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of quasarlabs.tech and our Digital Marketing service, operated by Quasar Labs LLC ("Quasar Labs," "we," "us," or "our") (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Quasar Labs LLC is a venture studio focused on technological projects. Through quasarlabs.tech, we offer a Digital Marketing service: paid social media advertising management — media buying, audience targeting, and campaign optimization on platforms your audience is already on. We distribute and optimize content you already have; we do not write copy, produce video or graphics, or otherwise create content. The Service is billed as a monthly retainer or a custom one-time quote, depending on ad spend.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase the Service or make a payment to us. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
The Service is billed monthly in advance once an engagement begins, or as a one-time fee for a scoped project, via our payment processor, Stripe. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card or bank details.
You may cancel at any time to stop future billing. The current billing period is non-refundable once campaign work has begun for that period.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, using automated means to scrape or overload our systems, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
All content, branding, software, and materials that make up the Service are owned by Quasar Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular business outcome (including any specific advertising results).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quasar Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
